Every day brings new challenges to make the whole experience simpler and easier for our busy homeowners while finding, growing, and keeping the best talent in the valley to make it all happen. In the end, it’s more about people than about projects. If we take care of all the people involved, the projects will come.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two very busy adult children and with close friends, while squeezing in time for sports, plays, movies, and music, for some as a participant as well as avid fan.
